Is my arcglaive worth the hammers?

So I had a 106 att 5 slot arcglaive which i scrolled 5 10%+vegas and got a 111 att 7 str arcglaive 0 slots. Do you think I should just hammer or what? And if I should hammer, what should I scroll it with? I'm thinking of 2 60%+vegas but not 100% sure

i would say hammer it and do the 90% since you might as well finish up your arc. Its going to be the PA you use for the rest of the game
