I lost 30k nx to that rollback! I know other people have lost more also! So can I sue them? They just took our money people! Who cares about the economy, Just give us our money back. It makes me so mad because they take away huge things because of the maple economy! Dude just get more money DUH! I am so mad, Nexon needs to not be lazy because there are other ways to give us things back!

They refunded my NX purchases after the roll back. Check your transaction log, if they didn't refund you log a ticket, sue etc.

altho i feel ur pain...arent you being really selfish? cos if u were one of the people who lost levels but not nx youd be complainin bout the economy too...and yes u can sue nexon but youd never win..

First of all you cannot sue because you agreed to their ToS. Secondly if the nx was spent after the rollback date they should have refunded you for that they posted on the subject if you used it before the 2 rollback days well you used the nx. Edit: Oh yeah also waste thousands of dollars against a company that has more money than you for 30 dollars...

Let's think about this logically. Nexon is a company with BILLIONS of dollars backup, with a whole squad of lawyers. While they technically did do something wrong, they will stall, they'll end up losing a couple of million at max, and you'll lose the same amount as them, the difference is that to you that money is a huge amount, to them, it's nothing. You'll end up living on the streets too poor to even feed yourself, just because you couldn't get over your silly little pride, and for what? Online currency? I really don't understand you Americans.

If you try to sue nexon, since they're a big company they'll have tons of lawyers. If they find a loophole in your case, they can counter sue and you'll be in a lot of debt.
