Hey ! im lvl 189... and one day... i go on, start a quest and 3 sec later : i can't click, this glitch is easy to fix... log off and come back... so i log off / put my info and BOOM... You have been banned for misconduct : 30 day... I logged a ticket... how long does it take to nexon to answer ticket o.0

they won't respond - the subject is "ban or rank appeal" which immediately goes to their junk folder and i'm pissed cause i got banned twice on my accounts and they were completely legit -_- the first one's month is almost up, like a week left to go. the other one got nexon'd just a few days ago....i hate them so much

Yeah that the extending / minimizing chat box really works. OT: It takes them longer to read your ticket than the actual period of your ban.
