Is Valefor's Glove/Shoe like a rare spawn drop? Also does Steal [Bandits Skill] make Valefor drop anything or is it horrible luck.

Im pretty sure steal only makes them drop mesos and yeah his items are rare

The average is around 1-3 hours to get a pair of gloves. It's recommended to hunt them on the map before the Astaroth boss I think. I would like to know strategies to kill him because I'm looking for the gloves/boots too

I don't think Steal works on bosses.

Steal worked on the Golden,Grey,White Yetis from Mushroom Kingdom place.

steal does not work on bosses. From non-bosses though, steal can steal ANY item they would drop normally, etc, use, equip, quest, or anything else. If they drop an item by steal, they will not drop another when you kill them. If they drop mesos by steal, it will typically be about 50% of their normal meso drop, and they may still drop mesos after the kill. The steal skill was changed recently, so my info may no longer be completely accurate, but I do not think they changed any of the details.
