New info regarding the Ring Event

Hime posted some new info on the MapleStory forums http://forum.nexon.net/MapleStory/forums/2/5131052/ShowThread.aspx Just scroll down to Hime's post In order the recieve the ring, you MUST have completed the four quests before it (lvl 10 weapon quest, lvl 30 weapon quest, lvl 30 armor quest, and lvl 40 medal quest). OR you can level up 30 times. Since there was a rollback, people lost their rings and some levels. Here's what you can do. 1) Open up your character. If it dissapeared, you can restart it on the 21st. If your character is under level 10, don't even bother. Maple Island takes 10 minutes at most. 2) Go to your Completed Quests Tab, and look under events. Look for any of the quests listed below if your anywhere from level 10-49 The Hero of MapleStory! (Quest Available only to Adventure Level 1 - under Level 9) Once you reach level 10, talk to cassandra to recieve a level 10 weapon of your choice. Explorer Lv. 20 Challenge (Quest Available only to Adventure Level 10 - under Level 19) Once you get to level 20, talk to Cassandra to recieve a level 20 weapon of your choice. Explorer Lv. 30 Challenge (Quest Available only to Adventure Level 20 - under Level 29) This one needs you to level to level 30 and you get an armor based on your job. Explorer Lv. 40 Challenge (Quest Available only to Adventure Level 30 - under Level 39) You get a medal once you reach level 40. After recieveing the medal, the best quest comes up. The Hard-Fought Lv. 50 Challenge! (Quest Available only to Adventure Level 40 - under Level 49) Upon reaching level 50, you will recieve the ring of your choice. NOTE: To get the next quest, the previous ones must be completed. Therefore: The Hero of Maplestory, unpon completion, activates Explorer Lv. 20 Challenge, which in turn activates Explorer Lv. 30 Challenge, and so on. 3a) If you are anywhere from level 10-19, you should have completed The Hero of Maplestory! by now, and recieved the level 10 weapon. You can then proceed to level up to 19 99.98%. Just wait until the 21st to continue on. DO NOT LEVEL UNTIL YOU RECIEVE THE QUEST "Explorer Lv. 20 Challenge" FROM CASSANDRA ON THE 21ST 3b) If you are anywhere from level 20-29, you should have completed "The Hero of Maplestory!" and "Explorer Lv. 20 Challenge" and recieved the level 10 and 20 weapons. it is safe to level up to 29 99.98%. AGAIN, DON'T LEVEL TO 30 WITHOUT GETTING THE QUEST 'Explorer Lv. 30 Challenge" FROM CASSANDRA ON THE 21ST 3c) If you are anywhere from level 30-39, you should have completed "The Hero of Maplestory!", "Explorer Lv. 20 Challenge", and "Explorer Lv. 30 Challenge", and recieved the level 10 and 20 weapons, and the purple armor of your class. You can then level up to 39 99.98%. This is totally messed up, I am doing this ring event on my Hero, I started the +30 level challenge when I was level 98, I will get the ring at 128, but the roll back took me to 123, I cant stop leveling with the 2x event going on. I don't understand why they always address one issue of making a new explorer.

Imo your going to have to start over because the quests are gone from our quests log. 1-50 Unless the next patch automatically puts it right back at the progress that we were at. ( I don't think so)

I completed the 30-40 quest before the rollback. Started the 40-50 one before the rollback. Leveled 48-50 and finished the quest and got the ring. Got rolled back to 48. Now I just leveled to exactly 50. Will I need to start over?

If i was lvl 50 and had the ring before rollback and i got rollbacked to lvl 38 will i still have a chance to continue the same character to get the ring?
