Continue to be normal dex or low dex?

Hi, I just made a new character and I made him an assassin. Right now I am a lvl 40. I currently have 1 steely, 7 tobis, 7 kumbis, and 1 paper plane. So I was on my way to ludibrium for some weird reason and i saw a lvl 130 nightlord and i asked him if he has any tips for me. He said i should keep my base dex at 40. I am wondering if I should be normal dex or low dex. I also have some good equips like a maple claw, maple kandayo, and a maple skanda.

depends, for me my minimum req to be lowdex would be to have around 60-100m

Usually low-DEX is the most practical way to go (at the higher levels), but the number you cap at should not be locked in place. Just make it as low as you can do (taking ATT equips > DEX eqiups), and build from there.

OO sry i made a mistake the lvl 130 night lord told me my dex shud be about 80 not 40 sry for mistake oo and thank u im in windia if anybody wants to add me my character name is 58SHARK58 and buzz blade what armor and claw r u wearing?

wat dex do u need to get that and how much did it cost? I am starting to go with merchanting so i am going to make money and i am wondering wat stars shud i get and thnx for posting.

I'll try to map out the prices: Reverse Chive: ~75m. Reverse Moonsteeds: ~75m. Reverse Prinsid: ~150m. PAC: 275m. PWGs: ~350m. Spectrums: ~250m. Earrings: 300k? As for the claw: For the PoTs and gems, about 500m to make it. After that, I Hammered and Vega scrolled the 9 slots, which cost me around 400m, after the NX and scrolls. So that comes to a bit over 2b. As for stars, I toss some Steelies.

do u suggest that i keep my dex at 160 and then keep on improving my luk because that armor look really cool and expensive and shud i go for a cruel ring or a critical ring?

[/quote] Well, if you cap your DEX first, you're gonna get more damage. You could likely wear all this armour with 130~140 base DEX, then just use LUK stuff from there. As for the ring, I believe that Critical is better at the moment. They keep on changing the Critical stats of classes after the Big Bang, so it's hard to judge by, but my money is on Critical being better. I picked Cruel...
