It may sound noobish, but no one has been able to give me a straight answer.

Doesn't the ratio change? I believe this is why no one is giving you a straight answer. 1 wep ATT might be worth 4? Luk at level 100, but less during levels, arithmatically. THIS IS NOT A CORRECT ANSWER, IT'S JUST WHAT I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE LUK/WEP ATT FORMULA. I'M SORRY IF THIS DOESN'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTION Someone try and confirm or smash my understanding. Thanks

It depends on your stats. As you get higher level + more stats, the ratio changed slightly.

it is 4 luk per 1 att , at higher levels it turns to be around 3 since luk will give u 4 points to max range

The ratio constantly changes as you level. @TS If it's a 12 luk yac you have, it probably won't help much at all. that's in the range of 3~4 attk I think if you're around lvl 50? I haven't played for at least a year and a half so I'm not sure if the formula has changed or if I've just rusted and forgotten, but I believe that's the range. I'd try to sell the yac and buy a pac. I always used YACs for my lukless mage, not for my dit, so yeah, that's my opinion anyways.
