A question about scrolling and roll backs

So if you scroll a weapon and it works, lets say with a 30%, and you get a rollback, will the scroll work again or will it fail? :/

Its just like normally scrolling..The success rate doesnt change because of the rollback.

Anyone who responded here, knows the answer. It basically comes down to: the chaos theory behind scrolling. Do you believe there is a pattern? Or is there just random chances? People look at those godly items and say there's a pattern, I'm one of the people who assume there is. Some people may think it's all randomized, why don't you go find out?

most like u got lucky the first time, nexon rollbacked and now u have to add the 30% again, if it fails, BOOM in a 50% rate. rollbacking suxs
