Nexon - Do they also Steal?

Hey Basilers. Almost 2 months ago now, i made 3 payments for nexon cash. 1 x 30k and 2x 10k, totalling at 50k Nx Cash. I waited the standard 1 business/week day after recieving the receipt. However, I received nothing. I thought I'd give them an extra day to get it done. I then waited 2 weeks, checking every day for my Nx Cash. Nothing. So I checked my credit card, to see if the payments had actually been confirmed. Funnily enough, the money HAD been taken. I thought this was weird - money gone, no NX? I submitted tickets to both Nexon and Paymate. Nexon responded with the usual automated response that I am sure we have all heard of before. Paymate, apparently, HAS confirmed this payment and deposited the money into Nexon's bank. So I am wondering what's happening with the whole situation. My money is gone, Nexon has my money, and I have received no NX. I've submitted multiple tickets. What would you do in my situation?

you probably cant cancel the payment huh? Well, all I think you can do is keep submitting tickets, until they help you with the issue.
