Cannot Delete Character

After the rollback, my lvl 42 sin was back so whenever I try deleting him, it says "Failed due to unknown reason" "Please try again later". So I did try again later and it still says the same thing. Now I can't delete and create a new character on my account. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to necropost but with the forums being blocked from making new thread I am just going to post here because it is close to what I was wondering. With the Dual Bladers coming out tomorrow, do you think that we will be able to delete characters tomorrow? I have a name saved for my Dual Blader (Gachapwn) but he is currently glitched, so I am just hoping that nexon can do one right thing so far and try to fix this annoying glitch...

Also sorry for necropost (whatever that is) forums are blocked from making new threads, so I am posting here. I have a really weird lag problem and it has happened before, I have disconnected twice because of it. The screen flashes, and other people's bodies disappear and all i see is their eyes and mouth, and sometimes their chat turns black. I went into the Henesys Department Store to spam because I couldn't handle the FM and I d/ced instantly, receiving the error code.. -2.147 etc

The delete glitch happens to you when you delete a character before the rollback and was brought back to life after the rollback. For example, I deleted my character named Gachapwn before the rollback and after the rollback Gachapwn came back and now I am unable to delete him. Belkin802g Necroposting is pretty much bringing back an old topic that is dead. Sorry I can't help you with your problem.

It's okay because when DB comes out you get a new char slot just like Aran and Evan ... I hope >_>

Create a new group, add the characters you want to delete to it. Click on the group to minimize it. Click through all your tabs. Buddy>Party>Exped>Guild>Guild Alliance>Blacklist>Buddy again Then the delete button should pop up. You can then delete the group, there then comes a popup saying "Delete buddies as well" Tick the checkbox and press OK. the buddies get deleted.

Ruegambler No one's talking about that. EDIT: They're talking about how you can't delete a character that you previously deleted before the rollback. So let's say you delete your 50 I/L Mage before the rollback and then he's there again. Now, when you try to delete it, you can't. It says it's an error. direngrey Nexon said there's no new slot that's gonna be given for making a DB.

Woops read it wrong. Yeah thats annoying, One of my mule accounts has an old I/L and i can't delete it. Any known fixes? (Sorry for the unrelated post above. I'm tired)

antisonic200 you log a ticket at the website, look for the support button (top right on the nexon maplestory page) and under troubleshooter there will be a submit a ticket link, and there you go. One word of advice... don't bother, nexon will come back and reply you with an automated reply within a week or two and none of your problems will be solved. Or you might get lucky and they will help you.
