I think, if this server check lasts even an hour, anyone that was trying to get to level 50 today should log a ticket with Nexon asking for compensation. EDIT: It's been hours since the USC started and Nexon has not said anything about the rings, so it seems like they will not be extended. I think everyone affected by this should log a ticket with Nexon and complain.
