Dual Blade coming after S/c?

I don't get when the dual blades are coming, usually when Nexon implements a new class they make it a patch and usually it takes 8hrs+ so are the dual blades coming after the S/c or is there going to be a patch right after the s/c? someone please clear this mystery to me.

lol, they pushed it back a week because they HAVE to have all their patches on a wednesday, its the rule, check all patch dates, a wednesday, thats how i knew wat day evan was on.
