From the meso exploits, people were able to get alot of money and were able to buy very good items. Well im pretty this guy is hell banned But im not sure. Tell me if im wrong. You should get your sources checked. People who are "hell-banned" can't even open stores. The fact that you showed us that box means that he has MAXED mesos and cannot possibly own anymore in his inventory.
