How fast do DB's level?

I personally never got over 61, I just thought training was unbearable at that point. Do you think it will be different with Dual Bladers?

Lvl 61 for an aran was unbearable? That was one of the easiest lvls? You possibly need to rethink where your training or how you are training cause i flew through those lvls at mp3 and WR (w/ a few decent equips). Either way, like the guy above said, if you can't train any other class to 70, then you probably wont get anywhere with your DB either. Ofc, just from watching vids from kms ( speculation only ), they are really fast trainers, to answer your question.
