Why would you think he's the only one? Every single player the got Hell Banned doesn't come to Basil and he may have logged a ticket quicker then others.

Thank you MadMan00. It makes sense that they'd remove the hellbans during this patch. All I've been seeing about hellbans is, "OMG we're never going to play MS again!" or "They're going to take a year at least to remove the hellbans!" A lot of people dramatize the situation, and turn it into a melodrama.
