After all of this time and all of the videos and posts, there are still people who are not aware of many things concerning Dual Bladers. So I will sum up the commonly asked questions so you may refer people to here if they ask a question you see here, I hope this helps you. For simplicity's sake I will use one website as my sources. I do this so people are not confused and everyone can be on the same page with information. Disclaimer: Any and all information here is subject to change as GMS has not received Dual Bladers yet. As such, anything may change when we receive them. Also, I am not an affiliate of MapleSushi nor have I been in the past. The blog that hosts the information used as sources in this FAQ was not made by me and I had no hand in creating, making, or proofing any of the material. Do not ask me questions about the blog you suspect I may not be able to answer. Edit: Links Fixed. Do DB's (Dual Bladers) use 2 blades or 2 daggers? DB's will use one dagger and one blade, in place of a shield. How do I make a DB? When DB's are released, you will be able to create one from the "Create Character" Menu, provided you have an empty character slot. No, you can not make a DB from a pre-existing character at any level. You will need to create a completely new character and click the "Dual Blader" button on the "New Character" screen. Can I use a shield on my DB? You literally can, yes. However since many, if not all, skills require that you are using one dagger and one blade it won't benefit you to use one. Should I use STR-Daggers or LUK-Daggers with my DB? Seeing as none of the blades require STR, meaning, there are no Str-Blades, it is not recommended. STR-Dagger Bandits were made popular by the fact that they could use a Khanjar or Dragon Khanjar which required STR to equip. Since a blade will be taking up the spot of a shield, you will not need STR for any equip or skill a thief uses. Is there an item for DB's like there was for Evan and Aran? Yes there is. There is a mask equip that players leveling a DB will receive. This masks are achieved at levels 20, 30, 55, 70, and 100. Source: MapleSushi.wordrpess Are there going to be skill books for DB's in the Cash Shop, if so, how much will they cost? According to some guides there will be skill books in the Cash Shop and these ones are not cheap, however they work 100% of the time, thus you'll only need to buy them once. They are as follows; Slash storm 20 � 2900nx (Dualer Skill (Level 30-55)) Tornado spin 20 � 3900nx (Dual Master Skill (Level 55-70)) Mirror image 30 � 5900nx (Slasher Skill (Level 70-120)) Flying Assaulter 20 � 5900nx (Slasher Skill (Level 70-120)) Sudden Raid 30 � 8900nx (Dual Blader Skill (Level 120+)) Thorns Effect 30 � 8900nx (Dual Blader Skill (Level 120+)) The ones in bold are skill books that can also be found from enemies and bosses. This means instead of using a regular Sudden Raid 30 or Thorns 30, that has a 50% success rate, you can get these that will work 100%. So

Ok so how do I create a DB? Should I pick explorer, create a rogue and then i can advance to a DB? Or should there be a DB option in the create menu, cause there isn't..? I'dd really like to know this since creating threads are currently disabled... god >.<

The skills for the books will not change but the prices are subject to change. Also in kms things are more expensive, SoK is 6-7k and PSoK is 12k. Our prices for the mastery books may go down or they will stay the same (doubt it). EDIT: above , don't create a new thread there's already many asking that and many with answers. But to answer you simply, when dual blade is released nexon will have a new character selection screen added to pick them from.

Some more questions, that've probably been already asked in some forum. I personally have never gotten a straight answer so far for them... 1. The skill description for Triple Stab says 'Attack multiple enemies'. Is this a typo or can you seriously attack multiple enemies? If so, how many? 2. I know DBs cannot CWKPQ. Can they Ellin PQ? If so, can you provide a source? x-x; Not that I don't trust you since your information seems fairly valid. Just wanna make sure... 3. Actually, I had two other questions but reread your guide to make sure I wasn't going to look like a fool and ask something you answered already. I was going to ask if there was a 'STR' path and respective STR blades, and also about the skill-saving business. Good on you. Thanks, Dyce
