Should Nexon do this to make maple better?

I was thinking that nexon should make a setting in the game options that allows people to toggle the word censorship. I know most people cannot stand making a sentence and having their buddy/guildie/whoever ask "Censored *** ******?" Discuss?

the censor is there to prevent young kids from seeing profanity and such. if you could turn it off, you might as well not have it. a better idea would be for it to be always on if you're younger than say...16

It can work so that you can see them without the ****** but people who have it blocked only see the ****. But it wouldn't work well since its still easily changeable.

Why would they do that? Its to prevent people from swearing. IE, trying to hide sperm in Whi**** *e.

I Liked How It Used To Be Where A Popup Showed Up if You Said An Inappropriate Word Where as now ... You can't even see what is being censored and people are asking you to repeat

Actually, the censorship brings me great joy. I like reading smegas with censored parts, then trying to figure out why it was censored. My favourite one has to be "Whisper me" = Whi**** *e" = Sperm lol. Gah, ninja'd

they should do it the fun way some games replace the bad word with a random good one like is you say sh** or fu** thfilter gives you flower or bunny or peaches

I think it would be a good idea . I don't like getting censored because Nexon is jumping to conclusions that we're sending subliminal messages by saying something like "whisper me" and they block it because they think we're trying to say sperm.
