would it be worth it to scroll my battle lord with 2 Str 30%'s and 2 Dex 30%'s (at least) to try for 17 Str 18Dex (7 Str 8 Dex clean, i have 4 made like this so blowing up a few shouldn't be a problem) like would it make up for not getting a top bottom set? or should i not waste the money and wait to get a scrolled top/bottom of the lvl 90/100 gear? how much would the top/bottom cost? ALSO weapon upgrade question I don't plan on going ST/NRW so when should i upgrade from my 99/11 Rohen? 15 base Dex if that matters

Upgrade from your rohen as soon as you have enough acc without it to hit everything you need to, and are able to afford a 105+att normal speed sword. I don't consider a <5att increase to constitute a weapon change, unless it's insanely cheap. And about your overall, that should last you a long time. You'll want to upgrade to a better top/bottom combo EVENTUALLY, but there should be no rush.
