I have 3k nx left, my shop permit just expired a couple days ago and I have a lot of scrolls to sell. But I also have a Zakum helm 15/16/15/15 clean on that account too and I can sok it for my Dual Blade. Which would be a wiser decision?

Buy the shop. Sell scrolls. Make easy 30m, buy 3k more nx, get helmet, merch moar.

if you think you can lvl your dual blade by the time you get enough nx for a permit go for sok but if you think you cant lvl it up to 50 in the end of this month then forget it go with the permit is more wise

Buy a shop, you're going to have a tough time making money after you actually have a Dual Blade if you can't sell anything.

With 3k NX he'll be able to buy ONE mastery book. Get the permit, and MTS your way to your mastery books.
