Where can a Dexless Rouge train @t? Level 25-30. Right now 25 Almost 26 Also I wanted to be a Dexless Assassin. Now I want to be a Dexless Bandit. But I cant find any 25/No Dex Daggers. Not even the Explorers Weapons Cause I picked Claw.

Collect Golden Ticket Peices and go to golden temple. On 1x from lvl 25, you can get to 28/29. After that, you can train on Kerning PQ 1st stage grind, which gives you about 120% in 30 minutes

Walk to the nearest map with monsters. Start throwing stars. You'll level at a reasonable pace, you're level 25.

I did the Temple,CPQ (Construction PQ Good EXP but slow),KPQ (Kerning PQ but no one wnats to grind exp with me they want to finish the PQ) Also @ Golden Temple which gives the best Exp? Mama Monkeys or the Below ones.

I grinded at KPQ once. I leveld 4 times on my mage on 2x. Eventually, it was me and the party leader left.
