Need help scrolling!

I think this is in the wrong section? :X Well anyways, I just recently got a Night Raven's wing :D! The stats are 96 att and 2 str, like the title says I need help scrolling it. I wanna get it to atleast 120 att. I'm pretty low on funds right now, 290mil to spend. So what scrolls should I use to scroll it? :O

Hmm I always want to land 2 30s first. use Vegas, and land 2 10% which is 30% and then 60/90% all the way
