I keep waking up at 6:55 AM every day. What am I doing wrong.

Not as bad as me. When i need to wake up at a certain time, i do. Not with an alarm clock. Ex. Got to wake up at 6:00 for orchestra *Set alarm clock to 6:00* Next day, wake up at exactly 6:00 right before my alarm clock. Happened to me tons of times.. weird.

my sleep patterns are so weird. during school, i automatically wake up at 7. summer, i wake up between 11 and 3.

Lucky you! Ex. Got to wake up at 6:00 for (something). Next day, wake up at 10:00, VERY late. Happened to me tons of times, weird. What's the latest you've ever woken up? My latest is 1:30 pm.

It's just your biological clock. Sleep a little later or something than you normally would, eventually you'll stop waking up at 6:55.

It's okay. I wake up around between 8:30 and 9:00, but never after 9. I have to force myself to sleep after 9
