Why is she so cold towards me -_-

I used to be really good friends with this girl but then when I started to "like" her and I was about to tell her I guess she got annoyed and stopped talking to me. But before that she used to tell me that she doesn't believe in "relationships" until she was older like 20+ I guess. Also I used to be kinda pessimistic cause I was kind of shy so I used to tell her my problems and she'd usually help me with them but I noticed that when she talked to me she seemed kinda "cold" like shes talkin through her left brain. Anyways the other day on a *certain social networking site* I saw her talking to some guy she barely knows and her responses were super long even though she was typing on a phone. And she was using all this happy talk and using smiley faces and stuff. So I'm thinking ugh she always used to tell me that she hated typing that way and she always liked to keep her point brief and now shes doing what she hated.

Maybe she just doesn't like you? Or maybe she is mad at you because she knew you had feelings for her but, you never told her. She might also be mad at you because she might have had feelings for you but, she never made a move before she moved and now likes another fellow and is trying to shut you out so she can get over you, fully. I had this friend. Started to like her, We held hands and I walked her home and what not, always flirty. Always went out of my way when I had the chance, but gave her space too. Turns out she was leading me on the whole time, and when I started to show her how I felt, she told me later on msn; "Sorry I only like you as a friend xD;". Man, hurts about twice as much when they tell you online. Like you ain't worth their time. I was understandably upset, but still wanted to be friends, you know. Two days later, at school, I see her trying to avoid me in the hallway. 'Confessing' to a friend, really messes stuff up. To this day she hasn't said a word to me, I even think she deleted me from her FB, lol! Her loss! xD
