hes right, until they get thorns cruel is better, but after, crit is better

If you think 120 is out of reach get the cruel otherwise crit is better stacked with s.e or thorns

People talking about the Crit ring. I read somewhere that they don't take away the Critical CHANCE they take away 10% of the critical DAMAGE. Leaving it with 10% Crit chance at 10% crit damage. But again NOT 100% SURE ABOUT THIS! (I read it on a forum here[forgot which one])
