My friend is planning a pool party

For my other friends birthday. There's only gonna be 12 people there, and It's mostly gonna be people that don't know each other. Apparently he wants it to be a 2:1 Girl:Guy ratio. So he's kinda making me bring 3 of my friends who are girls. And To be honest, i think it's gonna be lame. I've never been to a pool party before so i guess it could be ok.. I don't think my friends are gonna be super pumped for it either. Especially since i had to cancel our plans we had today. It's supposed to be sometime this week. The good thing is i might get out of practice for it. But what do you guys think are some fun things we could do? O-o Edit : Now he wants to bring a guy along that nobody likes because "He has so many hot friends." Eh.. Now i know this won't go well.
