Can evans still get dragon glasses?

My Characters: Acalhayr - 37 Bellocan Crossbow Man

You can get the glasses with 55 Gacha Stamp 2, other than that, no.

I still have the glasses from the event ( unscrolled, I didn't get to 50 in time, I went on camp D: ), is it possible to get the scrolls from anywhere?

However, you can still obtain them in 2nd gachapon stamp event for (like someone said) 55 stamps. Being 5 slots, they seem well worth it.
