Interesting...Hero's get HB now apparently....? Unless this is just for the test server in order for them to test the new stuff with high hp. O_O anyone have any info on this? sorry idk how to post links on here >< this is my first time putting one...so if someone can inform me on how to do so theres a link to a youtube vid that i have. Otherwise just search --- KMS Lv 188 Hero Oblivion 4 (Big Bang Update) [Daum TV] on youtube.

It's from the new item scrolling system (with % equips and all that). You can get nerfed versions of skills on all your equips, including things like SE, Mystic Door, and HB. It's slightly nerfed and only adds 40% more HP instead of the normal 60.

No class gets full HB except DrK. If it's not a DrK that's HBing, it's from the mini HBing skill from the potential system. I'm surprised not many people know that the potential system adds more than %stats.

I haven't been following the whole % system or potential system (unless those 2 are the same then im sorry for mistaking that). So from what i understand from other forum posts, these "% scrolls" are cs items. Correct me if im wrong. Do they have a % chance of working? o-o

ikr omg i love the hero's damage so much :D seems so powerful weeee :] i wonder if the hero is using a 1h or 2h since those attacks seem VERY fast in my opinion

% scrolls are buyable from that buddy list guy in lith. To "re-potential" you have to buy an item from the cash shop.
