Ways to remove pimples / dandruff.

Well, this may be a bit awkward / weird. But... yea. Anyone know ways to get rid of it? Note: DO NOT tell me to use head and shoulders for dandruff & I`m also not American, so no american products? xD Edit: i DO bathe everyday // i dont hav a severe amount of pimples.

if not head and shoulders then try an anti-dandruff shampoo. They're supposed to work just fine.

i use head and shoulders D: or you can use pantene shampoo/conditioner for damaged hair and wash your hair everyday, which seemed to help me. in terms of pimples, it's quite hard in getting rid of them because you never know when you break out. but ALWAYS wash your face everyday, let it be with water and your daily skin moisturize/exfoliate creams. DON'T use soap on your face, it dries your face out. i personally use neutrogena acne cream, it's quite effective . or you can use homemade scrubs such as organic honey, sugar and olive oil, scrub on face 2-3 times a week, using a fresh raw egg rubbed on face once a week, ice facial and others, just go check out MichellePhan's youtube page for tips . combining lemon juice with your creams and applying on your pimple may also reduce the redness, and if you have red-eye reliever eyedrops, drop a few directly on pimple to reduce redness, same as rubbing ice where your pimple is to constrict your pores which will reduce redness. a popular method here when you have a pimple is to rub toothpaste on the pimple. this may sting, but it dries out your pimple effectively . hope it helped XD.

The sun is a very good remedy against pimples - just be active outdoors for a few days, it will help a lot.

sun can also aggravate pimples, as you may sweat --> dirty skin --> dirty pores --> more breakouts.

I have this shampoo that says it gets rid of dandruffs and stuff.. it's a cheap shmapoo too... it worked just perfectly. xD

Are you washing your hair everyday or in really hot water? If yes try decreasing the rate you wash it because it tends to dry the scalp out. For pimples, try Neutrogena.

For pimples eat less sugar products and sweat. For Dandruff... usually taking a shower/bath helps with shampoo

Urmmm tie up your hair if your at home make sure the pimples get a lot of sunlight :D And yes use Neutrogena! Usually pimples grow or form because the oil drips down from ur hair goes onto your skin (i got a fringe so forehead) And then pimples grow on my forehead like crazy! I wear glassses to So the part between my eyebrows have a lot of pimples too but most went away after i been treating them :D Hope this helped

This will even make you feel better. That stuff about washing your face in the morning/afternoon/night stuff is BS... I've tried this and it literally does nothing regular showers don't do. As for dandruff I have no idea, I have this problem too :T

Wash you face before sleeping and put on a small amount of toothpaste. Wait till it dries before you sleep though. I've used plenty of persciptions and antibiotics for a year, not much help, some, but not much. In one night, this wiped out around half my whiteheads. Just watch out cause it dries your skin like a -----. I'd put it on before you sleep (leave it in) and in the morning (wash it off say, 30 min - an hour later) and put lotion on your face the rest of the time.

I've never found a shampoo that's completely gotten rid of dandruff for me. Even the anti-dandruff stuff, it works for a while and then stops taking effect. :/ I just wash my hair regularly, every 2-3 days works for me.
