For my soon to be corsair, which is better critical or cruel? What about with SE?

an earlier thread posted the math for each job and the rings. it seems cruel would be more appropriate for any fighter/thief job and critical would be best suited for bow/xbow

Critical is better as of now. Once we get the big bang patch (god knows when that'll be, don't worry about it) cruel will be better. So either be better now or be better later, you pick.

Apparently, after revamp, the Crit ring doesn't give any critical damage. O.o However, it does still give a chance of critical damage. That's what I THINK it is. If I am wrong, don't hesitate to correct me. xD
