I know that if your junior directly below leaves, then you lose rep. But if my junior's juniors leaves the family, do I lose rep as well? (Btw, I'm the leader of the family.)

yes but you lose half of what you would if they were your junior

Yes, you do lose rep. I deleted my junior and my senior got pissed because she thought I left her family since her rep went down.
