Cpq 2 or windraiders?

Well, I'm having a bit of a dilemma of where to train at this point. I'm a level 56 sin that can 1-6 hit wr's and I gain around 10% every 10mins and cpq 2 gives me about the same exp, so I was wondering where to train. Thanks for helping me out :D Edit:1-6hits meaning 1 hit from the ring 6hits occasionally, sorry about some confusion that this might have caused.

Reading up on the BPQ guide in the quests section is really useful, and as long as you're in a party with 60+ and a person who can call DR early enough. tip: If you're going to call DR, make sure that your map size is all the way otherwise the Balrogs HP bar will adjust to the new map size.
