Stats on DB mask?

What are the Stats on the Dual Bladder mask? I just want to know if it's worth getting or not.

there's like 4 or 5 different ones. I don't see why people think they will be tradeable or even usable within the account, I didn't see anywhere Nexon said it would be in GMS and they are also Thief only.

In KMS, the masks were tradeable via accounts if you used PSOK on it.. so GMS might implement the same system as KMS.
