Best Place To Get Blue Jangoon Shoes Made

Hello Maplers, i recently got my aran to level 40 as u can see and i wanted to complete the whole jangoon look by getting some blue jangoon shoes. Right now i am in Ludibrium and the materials i need are 4 mith plates, a diamond, 40 dragon skins, 30 screws, and 100 plane controllers, and of course the mesos. So i was wondering is there a better place to be getting the shoes made? And if not whats the best place to get all of this stuff? And if its a monsster drop plz state the monster and the location.

Meh, I believe its the same for all places, but it could be easier with El Nath's shoe maker but thats just a guess. Dang making equips before you get Maker Skill sure sounds complicated, hard, and expencive :3

it is expensive, but not as much as maker if you go for perfect equips

I'm pretty sure there's a fairly quest in Korean Folk Town that rewards you with level 40 shoes (might be 50, im not sure). It's the gourd one, I think.
