Are STR archers stronger then norm archers?

I saw this BM at skeles and he said he was a STR archer. He did pretty good damage with hurricane and rain but i wanna ask up front. Thanks

um i havent heard of a str archer i guess its a parody class like a str mage. becuase dex helps dmg alot more than str.

STR archers are really bad... Dex is primary stat, str doesn't add much damage.

i did the math a few years ago strless archers are good until lvl 100 then the ratio of attack and ex goes up from 4.5dex/1att to 10+dex/1att but with the new bows etc strless might be good until lvl 120+

The archer in the vid posted sucks, 34s at level 21? At level 21 my X-bowman (reg str) hit 100-200 and some 300s

DEX is an archer's primary stat, putting points into STR is like making a DEX sin or a LUK mage. He most likely meant he had a "reg STR" build, meaning his base STR is his level +5 (capped at 105/115/125 for a Nisrock/Shiner/Engaw).

No, he said he had 25 Dex and the rest into str. Maybe he had, 50 Dex Robe, 30 Dex Ravana, 20 Dex Earrings, 20 Dex Shoes and stuff? I highly doubt it. Mostly because he was running around like a lunatic picking up the meso bags.
