How long will HellBan last?

So I've been wondering, do u think nexon will fix this problem when they perform the next update? Or is it going to take them at least another 2 server maintenance. My character with all my money is freaken hell banned and i cant do anything. No money for upgraded equips or pots. /sob

depending on how long it takes them i'm hoping for a maplepoint compensation or i will seriously be pissed off. wasted a bunch of nx on a hired merchant that i cant even use right now.

I don't know. I was hoping they would fix it by this weekend. I have some chars that aren't hellbanned, but I don't feel like doing anything. Too disappointed.

It's already fixed you just have to follow the following steps: 1. Go to nexon website 2. Login 3. File a ticket inquiring about hellban and that you think it must be some sort of mistake 4. Wait several days/weeks for reply Results: May or may not get unhellbanned

yeah i just got banned, thing is i havent traded or sold or purchased in the last month other than once, and that person is not banned. i checked multiple times since hearing of this quarantine thing, and havent been until today. i only found out when i tried to open my shop, which hasnt been used at all. there is no possible way i could have come in contact with the infected mesos. i sent a ticket, its open, but no real response, of course. i just went and bought 25k at ampm, im maaaad since i wont be using now that im banned.
