Which ring is the best for a PageWK,Pally?

Hey guys/girls! i'm almost lvl50 on Spearman and about to get my Ring. So, i was wondering which ring would be the best for a Page? Critical or Cruel? Thanks in Advance.

I was wondering this too seeming as I'm about to get it on my ring mule. Which one would be better after the revamp patch now that crit ring no longer gives 10% critical damage? @ Below, yes, or make a new character and get it to 50.

elitebandit , they kept the 10% crit rate (aka chance of a crit) but removed the 10%increase in crit damage :X

I haven't heard any news on the revamp IN GMS, so it could easily be as much as 6months away...

[/quote] No. The critical system was changed as well. Every class has passive critical (starts at 5%, I believe). Moreso, Blast has a 50% critical rate of its own. So the 10% would go on top of this. As for how much extra damage criticals do: that has yet to be determined. Seems to be anywhere from 100-150% extra damage. That means critical doesn't have as much potential as it used to have, but it's actually MUCH better at base. For example, right now that Critical Ring adds 10% to your damage 10% of the time. If your base damage was 5000, that'd be: 1.5 (Holy) * 1 + (.25 * .5) (Lightning) * 1 = 1.625 5000 * 5.8 (Blast) * 1.625 = 47125 47125 * (.10 * .10)(Crit Ring) = 471.25 Meanwhile, with that same base of 5000 and a 10% chance to add a minimum of 100% base damage, you're basically getting a 10% damage boost. I don't quite understand. How do you get these rings? Couldn't you just buy both rings since you have 4 ring slots? Also, what is a ring mule. Thanks for any help!

[/quote] Critical and cruel cannot be worn together. You can however wear a crit or cruel ring with a wedding ring .
