My friend has a choice of buying an i-phone 4g or a ps3 but he doesnt know which one to buy. So to help in out i want to know which ones better =) thanks

I'd get a PS3. I mean, the apps on the iPhone are fun and all, but you can't play games on it like you can with the PS3.

But the PS3 can't do phone so if he already has a nice phone he should get the PS3 like Jurr said.

Ps3, if he/she has a good phone, Phone if he/she already has a ps3 , xbox etc, mainly credit to Jurr

iPhone.. a phone is more necessary than a ps3. I also personaly dislike the PS3.. I'm a die-hard Xbox fan.

You should get an Evo 4g its better than I phone plus they have awesome games its like one if those games that have like +3000 games in 1 I've been playing on my Evo for a while and u love te games they have

The most inherent problem with the iPhone is AT&T. I would definitely get the PS3. I have the 3GS, and it's only good because I'm not on the tiered plan for Data. I would jump the shark and get an Evo, and get a PS3 because it's free to play online.

Well if u wanna look cool go for th iphone4 iv been trying to get mines but all sold out..I barely play my xbox and that's cause I sold my ps3 to get the new slim model I'm waiting for halo reach so what I'm saying if wanna hav fun then buy the ps3 console

The choices are either.. i) iPhone 4G. ii) PlayStation 3 NOT iii) XBOX 360. This isn't the place for fanaticism. Personally, I would go for a PS3. Unless he/she has a game system already. (Wii doesn't count.) 8D iPhone has great apps and all, but I barely play TapTap, Angry Birds or Godfinger anymore.

Well, I'm definitely pumped for the iPhone to come out in Canada, but I already have a PS3.

I find it that there is no need for an iPhone unless you REALLY have to check emails, and use the internet for your business often. Other than that all a phone needs to do is be able to take calls and send text messages. I have a Blackberry curve but i got it for free (After $50 mail rebate). I also have a PS3 and I enjoy it alot. Its not a really competitive console like X-Box players are. There are great titles in different genres like Gran Turismo 5, Little Big Planet, Killzone, Modnation Racers, Final Fantasy (except 13), Demon Soul's, God of War, Heavy Rain, Infamous, Resistance, Rachet & Clank, Uncharted, Wipeout HP, and many more. Its also only $300 right now and if you can wait until Playstation Move comes out you can get the budle (PS3 console, 1 controller, Eyetoy, PSmove controllers) for $400, but you would have to byu the other controller (its like the Wii, one for left hand, another for right hand, however its only $30 more. There is also a Blue-Ray player built in if you get tired after a long gaming session :D
