What do I do if I am Hell Banned?

Hi, well my account was hell banned and I don't understand what to do now. I have sent two tickets to nexon and no responce. I was just in fm selling stuff couple people bought stuff from my shop and I fergot ign's of people who boguht. Then when I close up shop I can't buy/trade/set up shop/ or sell anything. Its been three days and nexon didn't respond to me or anything. I have only heard of hell banned on basil after I closed my shop and found a problem with not able to buy anything. Do you guys know how long will it take them to fix the problem? Because I am just stuck and the game is just ruined. Thank you for your time.

Hell banning is when hackers bought items from the fm with their exploited mesos, the ppl who got the exploited mesos are banned for a long time ( Nexon said so on their forums ).

Nexon has nothing to fix? The bugged npc has been fixed, the hackers are banned only the exploited mesos which the hackers used to buy their mains good equips etc are still in ms. Ppl who sold their stuff to these hackers are hell banned. Thats the only thing...

He is lvl 154... leveling beyond that is kinda pointless unless you're a completionist.
