Owl Feather questions

1. Are the feathers still glitched (Just disapear without rewarding anything) If so, any idea when they'll be unglitched? 2. What rewards do you get from Cassandra's feather quest? 3. Is it worth doing Cassandra's quest or should I just use the feathers?

you use them actually after the 13th I believe and you can get blades from them

They were never glitched... Read what the feathers say in the description of them.
