Blades require regular DEX, so if you are not funded enough to get the same amount back of DEX from your equips you will probably suck, you can spend LESS on LUK equips and hit more because equip LUK is better then added LUK for Dual Bladers. I am being regular DEX and spending money on LUK equips. (Not that I am going to spend much, my CB already has alot of LUK equips.) Oh, for all those (1 or 2 people) making STR DBs are crazy, Dual Bladers don't need STR at all.
