Need help on upgrading please

So..i've been lvl 82 for a while now, and was just curios on what i need to upgrade. I currently have: 17/16/15/16 +21 acc. u/h zhelm +7 dex reciever u/h +8 Str 3 atk PAC 1/h +20 dex 9acc Blue Chainmail u/h Deputy Star 104/14 +35 acc 1/h Karstan White Belt +3 dex 4 acc. shoes 11 atk wg H -If it is possible, may u guys please give me and estimation on how much the equips you guys are suggesting costs? I'll be merching for a while inorder to get whats needed. And a heads up, i'm a hybrid, and i'm still with a Pole Arm untill lvl 90. Where i can use a ff and master Spear Crusher. While i'm at it, i'm tryin to Gallo's, but i'm unable to hit them 100%. With all of these equips, my accuracy adds up to 154 without the use of pots. So i'm tryin to upgrade my equips, inorder to obtain the necessary accuracy to hime early, and Gallo's. All recommendation and suggestion will be take, Thank You.

You need to sell that PAC ASAP. You don't need it right now. What you really need is speed. Get yourself an 8+ STR IC2, that will help nicely. (Cost: 10 mil approx.) Next, maker yourself some shoes with speed, then scroll them with shoe speed scrolls. Fairly inexpensive, and you will notice an increase in movement speed. (Total Cost: 5-6 mil, may depend.) I also recommend ditching that receiver, unless you ABSOLUTELY need it for accuracy, as it is a HORRIBLE place to get acc from. The rest should suffice until you switch over to a top/bottom set at lvl 100.

get a pair of speed/accuracy shoes also, get a better belt. maybe red or black and 100% for dex

Becuase, i use my hog quiet often, especially in training grounds that are large. But..with the hog, there is probably SOME delay.

10 str icarus cape 2. blue belt 100% scrolled with dex better speed/acc shoes maybe a 6 dex earring if you really need the accuracy
