I went for seventy base and I deeply regret it. Don't up DEX unless you're absolutely sure you need it. Fifty mil is an ample amount which should be able to either buy or scroll your own pair of accuracy shoes. A 100%'d Blue Crusader Chainmail will aid you nicely at a bargain of ~300k for the scrolls. Save for a Zhelm; they're very useful in supplying accuracy. Sniper pills come in very handy, too. If I had to choose between 40 or 60 base DEX, I'd have to go for 40.

get around 45 dex and some dex equips to use a night raven wing if you're sword page if not just get 40dex base with accuracy and speed equips.

how about 4 dex at 10knx or 90-100mil a week that's more than enough plus after big bang, accuracy plays a ridiculously small role in hitting monsters

I didn't and don't have access to anywhere near that much money and my base dex is under 40. Adding anything over 40 is basically throwing away potential damage. I wish I'd gone dexless in the first place.

i would go with a base dex of 23... it relieves early accuracy problems prior to lvl 50 and still allows for the 999 base str @ lvl 200
