I'd say 11m, depending of course how much scroll for overall for Dex 10% is worth (If it's 1m then 1m * 10 + 1m, if it's 2m, it's 2m * 10 + 1m which is 21m etc.)

You're forgetting demand and quantity rules. There isn't exactly much of a formula for this. OT: 25-30m.
