Remember dec 7 09 after the server check alot of people got hacked. I logged a tick to nexon and they replied 3months later and gave me 10k maple points and said it wasnt compensation. UP TO NOW THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURN BACK MESOS AND ITEMS IVE LOST. Im starting to think the 10k mp was compensation and they thought i forgot bout it. Now i have made all my mesos back from merchaning and i have been trade block from the meso exploit. ARRRRH! But i like maple too much .so not quiting. Im gonna make alot of mules accs with mesos on in case this happens again so i will always have mesos.

They would never have given you the mesos and items back. Did you check the website? Trade block is TEMPORARY. This is about him getting HACKED, due to a leak in Nexon's database of IDs and passwords. Also, he says that he did log a ticket, and that they responded, but said that they were going to do more about it.

i kno bout the trade block now. Im angry about last year alot of people got hacked because of the security failiure thats why they made PICS. Nexon r so lasy.

nexons always had bad customer service, it comes with there f2p's, i've played other f2p's they just rollback your account if you were hacked & make you reset everything

[/quote] any game company probably wont give you ur items back...if they did people could abuse it...anyways...they're lazy? ok I'll admit that to the lack of gms and terrible support...but they at least fixed the security failure...they probably became aware of it the after a week of mass reports...then they had to locate the problem and come up with a way to block future problems...for the ticket well they only work on em 10am-6pm (work hours?) plus they had a lot of tickets due to this exploit...you should really be mad at the hackers...both times

I thought you only get hellbanned if you acquired a LARGE quantity of mesos in a SHORT period of time. No offence, but looking at your equips I have my doubts :O
