| you can give 5 to cassandra to give you the option to turn in far more for blade scrolls. honestly, its not worth it. It has also been said that you can use them for something special once DBs come out, but im not sure what exactly |

| no, you have a chance to get one from the sealed boxes the event is still going on, you can get some before they come out BTW, after you turn in 5, you can trade in... 10 feathers for a 100% blade scroll, ~50 for 60%, and ~75 for a 10% im not sure about the 60% and the 10%... |

| Two option for the Owl feathers; 1. You can hand in 5 on them to Cassandra to allow the ability to purchase blade scrolls using owl feathers. 10% = 100 Feathers 60% = 75 Feathers 100% = 25 Feathers (?) 2. Wait until 14th of July and open them then to obtain a range of items including potions, ores and even blades. The sealed boxes are not hard to obtain, but they have a slightly lower chance than explorer boxes (As in, for me, for every 2 explorer boxes, I will get 1 sealed box). |
