Dexless Reverse User

Having run into some new information, I have to reconsider the equips I'm buying for my Dual Blade. I was aiming to pull off a Dexless Reverse User, but I am convinced I most likely won't be able to pull it off... As for my equips, here is what I have arrived at... Keep in mind I don't have any of these equips, so I'm not showing off xD: 25dex base 40dex helm: 65 3dex medal: 68 3 dex face: 71 3x2 dex rings: 77 23dex HTTP: 100 Shoulder: 102 Stat Earrings: 10/10 - 112 MW30: 115 4 Aura Rings: 119 Top/Bottom: totaling 30 dex, 36+ luk: 149 All my other equips, being Gloves, Glasses, Shoes, and Belt will remain scrolled for Attack, and as such cannot be made a reliant source of dex (I haven't bought them, but I have target ATTs in mind on all of them, and most of which would not leave much room for dex scrolling) My question is, am I officially stuck putting 11 points into my base dex? Or however much base would be needed for MW to take me up 11 more points in Dex?

Its better to be low dex.

If you REALLY want to, you can use an advanced dex crystal on a high level thief glove and scroll it for attack. And since when were there attack glasses?

At the two people suggesting low dex is better, I AM low dex, I am trying to minimize my dex. By Dexless, I merely ment 25 dex. I'm not planning to scroll my own glove. This is because there is no way I'd get lucky enough with scrolls to get the ATT glove I am aiming for... Attack Glasses are Dragon Glasses scrolled with 50%s...

You left your cape out, but I think you'll be aiming for attack with that too. The last suggestions I have is chaos a top with an advanced dex crystal, and hope for the best. [/quote] Well, scrolling my own gear is almost out of the question... I have THE worst luck when it comes to scrolling stuff xD. But I'm curious now that you mention it, what is the MOST dex I can get on a level 80 Thief top with Maker?

If you already have the cape, then this post wont be too useful, but if you don't currently have the cape and plan to self scroll it, I would suggest that you. 1. Get a 1-4 attack PAC w/ 5 slots (unhammered) 2. Scroll the first slot with a 100% Cape Dex (lol, wtf?) 3. Chaos Scroll the PAC and hope the Dex and Attack both go up. 4. Chaos Scroll the PAC until you use all the slots / get a good stat cape. This method isn't really that cheap since the chance of actually getting the stat cape you want is slim. If you are really lucky though, you might be able to end up with a 11 dex / 8+ attack cape. You can do the same thing with the shoes and belt and hope for dex from there.

[/quote] Chaos Scrolls only work on the original stats an equipment has... Putting dex on it wouldn't affect how a chaos scroll would work, it'd still only change W.ATT and Weapon/Magic Defense. Furthermore, scrolling my own equipment is out of the question as I have THE worst luck with scrolling.

Go with an android set. Youll get a good stat bonus if using all, or at least 4 of the equips. Also gives attack. Main problem, you would have to scroll your own stuff. But you can maker each and every equip with 2 upgrades, so with 5 equips, you easily get +25 ontop of what comes clean on the equips, and then you get the 10 stats for 5 equips or 5 stats for 4 equips.
