Deletion of iBaskine

Some time between 3AM last night, and 11 AM thismorning, the account that held the player named NoodleDK, iBaskine and ThePowerPage was deleted. In the process two exceptionally noble characters were lost; - 153 Shadower - 128 Dark Knight The shadower was loaded with 200k+ worth of NX Cash and had been equipped with a permanent set of transparent gear. I spent real money on this account, and in effect, Nexon has just stolen from me. The reason of deletion was not sent to me. I was not made aware of it. I didn't do anything to cause it, and nobody seems to have answers for me. Was this a mistake? An extension of the glitch that happened to me a few days before? I don't know. Nexon won't tell me. And to all those who can't help me, I ask you; what if somebody robbed your accounts? What if it was just randomly deleted one day? How would you feel? How much of your life would you have wasted? What about your friends who play? Would you start again? I heard there are people from the Maple leaf Brigade out there that browse this forum. If there is, I cry to you; Help. I am completely sure I was not hacked. I've checked my email, billions of times over, there is no signs of a password change, reset, or anything. LastPage "Thousands of players have gotten hacked and lost everything. Why should we help you?" That's the same question I'll be asking in a few years time when the same happens to you. Edit: It was the entire Nexon ID.

This was not the doing of another human being. It was a stone cold act by Nexon, who for all I know, based on their abilities at the Service Desk could be robots.

It might be connected with your "hell ban", or whatever it's called from this thread. http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1583505/2#comments_list In the thread above, you said you merchanted a lot. Nexon might have thought you were one of the hackers, and deleted your account? I'm not too sure though.

Nexon didn't stole anything, you decided to buy NX, and someone else ruined it, like if you buy a mirror, and someon else breaks it, the store did nothing, so why calling them thieves?
