i dont remeber my lastname or email password, i tried retrieving my email password, but i dont remeber the alternate email. am i screwed? 10mil reward to the helper EDIT: its Hotmail

Lol, yeah, pretty much, unless its gmail. Gmail you can usually get the password reset without needing the other email.

To find your last name, log a dummy ticket to Nexon then close it. To recover your email password, you need to either use the alternate email (which in this case you can't) or remember your secret question.

You can log a ticket for an e-mail reset. And, if you charge Nx to your account like a nlot of people are saying, you'll get your last name back.

Here's what I did I first logged into the maple website and it takes me to the "verify your account" page and then I close that window/tab and go back on the maplewebsite with the info still logged in. From there you have 2 options, start game or if you want the email then go on the billing website: http://billing.nexon.net/pmet01/PayByCash.aspx?Service_code=SVP001&Charge_type=888&Sale_code=005 and click the confirm payment (you don't buy anything don't worry) and it'll take you to a link where it'll ask you if the information it has on file for you is correct. If you look near the top, it'll show the email address and if the email address doesn't work then it was probably deleted and so you can just remake the email and send the verification again and you should have your account back.
