Isn't the Crit Ring the Best?

Since all classes will have inert Crit after the Big Bang patch, wouldn't Crit be better for a Dexless DrK than a Cruel?

Although I don't see whats wrong with looking at the big picture. There's not a terrible difference in the Crit or Cruel, so during the time we don't have it it's not like I'm going to be dealing that much lower of damage anyway. And we ARE getting inert Crit. Anyone who denies this is just ignorant.

[/quote] Improving your critical chance is always better than critical damage and a measly 1 attack. There are not very much chances for you to increase your critical rate. But you much easily increase your critical damage (to a greater amount than critical rate)/attack from a lot of other sources.

The fact that we all get passive Critical, or the fact that Crit Rings work better with characters with passive critical than Cruel Rings? Because it seems pretty simple to understand to me.

also the crits ring effectiveness decreases with patch, to me its about attack, not crit so i can hit higher crits when i do hit them
