Glitching into CPQ2?

Today i was doing Cpq2 on my wind archer, and then a lvl 16 aran popped up. how do low lvl characters get into the cpq2 lobby?

i've seen level 30 - 40 ppl in CPQ2 aswell.. im not too sure how either.. maybe im just high.

Packet edit. You can send specific packets to go to each map. Its how the old "smuggle" ariant pq bombs worked.
